The Pier Shops at 15th is a 70,000 sf. 2-story shopping mall on Atlantic Avenue in Virginia Beach’s oceanfront resort area. The Pier Shops are directly across from the well-known steel fishing pier. The owner anticipates that pending redevelopment of the steel pier and oceanfront properties will greatly boost demand for retail and entertainment space in the mall.
